It is subscription based so thats why I say only if you are a real hardcore sim racer. It is easily the most realistic sim out there. So get the G25 Wheel with GTR Evolution and then next year when GT5 is released get it aswell (im sure it will be bundled with the PS3)Īlso if you are a real hardcore sim racer another sim you should check out is iRacing ( ). But I have GTR2 and its really awesome (Though I prefer Nascar2003 over it) so I guess GTR Evolution will be great as well.Īnyways I suggest you read this review of the Fanatec wheel: What would you guys figure as the more fitting game? Taking that into consideration, GTR Evolution's inclusion of the 20.8km Nuerburgring Nordschleife and the full 25.3km 24h configuration had bedazzled me. This is why I've been a fan of Gran Turismo: the franchise's vision of driving perfection. To me, there is a difference between games for racing fans and those for driving enthusiasts, and I play the latter, purely for the enjoyment of driving at my own pace.
